Hey there, I am 22 years old and planning on moving early next year from the Northeast. I currently work overseas several months of the year so I can really move anywhere in the U.S. for the next five years. I am heavily considering both Charleston and Tucson, but am having trouble deciding. I have been to both and like both but could use some input. Since I don't know what months I will be stateside I would first like a warm climate (warmer than the Northeast). I also would like a place with a young population, within an hour of a city, and a moderate cost of living. I would like to rent a 2-3 bedroom place for around $800-1200 a month. Besides Charleston and Tucson, I was looking into Nevada, New Mexico, and the Delaware/Maryland coast, but I haven't been to those places.
